I love to take salvia divinorum . I have a large group of friends that I have the privilege of getting together with every few weeks so we can take some of the wonderful hallucinogenic. We sit around and take it in turns to get high and explore our spiritual side. What a time we have.

And it’s interesting to take a little tour around the group and see what kind of trip people are having. The trips induced by salvia differ between people; they also differ dramatically between sessions. This is really what makes Salvia so wonderful: it’s such a subjective experience that you are really not going to get bored of taking it at any point.

Some of the people there ’see’ pink dragons; others hear their mothers calling them. Still others claimed to have felt outer-body experiences and had the opportunity to stare down at themselves laid on the floor or sat on the couch. On of my friends said he regressed to his childhood and remembered, with almost alarming clarity, strange things from his younger days.

It is this variety that makes smoking salvia so popular. So what does it do to you? The unsatisfactory answer is: “it depends”.
