Wakeboard videos reviewed

The town of Bonne Terre, MO, holds a deep secret… in 1869 the mine deep below it became the world’s largest lead mine (okay, so it wasn’t much of a secret, per se…). Today the Red Bull “The Depth Charge” is hosted in the mine (yes, in the mine) and “Depth Charge” is the video documenting the competition.

With 58 degree water and 60 degree air and all taking place underground in very confined conditions, this was no ordinary wakeboard event; it is no ordinary wakeboard video, either.. This unique wakeboard video shows that well. You get to follow the action in minute detail and watch as this fantastic event unfolds (some who were as bewildered by the whole thing as I was). What these guys and gals put themselves through really amazes me every time.

This is a stunning competition and a great wakeboard video. A must have for anyone’s wakeboard video collection, for sure. Enjoy!
